Sea Bass in Salsa Veracruzana

Ingredients:

  • 4 sea bass fillets or your favorite fish
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 lemons
  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

Place fish fillets in a bowl and add olive oil, lemon, salt & pepper. Marinade overnight.

Wrap each fillet in aluminium foil with ¼ cup of Laterra Veracruzana Sauce.

Bake for 35 minutes in the oven at  190C/fan 180C/gas 6
